Signing legal documents during the Covid health crisis is hard. The Indiana Supreme Court has just made it possible for lawyers to change the ways we witness documents like Wills and Revocable Trusts. The change in witnessing format will allow me to serve my clients and still keep our community safe.
The Indiana State Bar has actively worked with our state government to speed up our ability to add remote notary services to our toolbox. These changes may not sound big… but together the changes mean I can write or update your estate plan during this healthcare emergency.
